Why Should We Think of Love as a “Micro-Moment”?

People tend to think of love in the same breath as romance and marriage, yet this is too restrictive. If you subscribe to that view, you unwittingly and severely constrain your opportunities for health, growth, and wisdom.

Upgrading your view of love to see it as a micro-moment of positive connection between you and another holds the key to unlocking more experiences of this life-giving state. While the emotion of love is not exclusive, ever-lasting, or unconditional, it is a forever renewable resource, one that you can tap into to improve your own life and the lives of those with whom you connect.
