It is the threat that Religion poses to free speech and academic freedom. Professor Luxenberg wrote an extremely scholarly account of the origin of the Qu'ran and the Arabic language itself. Religious people are threatening to kill him. I am wondering whether the main arguments of Science are not physical. Drones, autonomous weapons. Will the Predator prove Luxenberg right?
