There was an open day at the local mosque a couple of months ago and they made quite a big deal out of Islam's, or specifically the Koran's, shall we say, scientific credentials. I'm pretty immune to creationism of any sort, Christian or Islamic, but it was very interesting to talk to the gentleman explaining. He gave me the impression that Islam is pretty OK with cosmology, but when I asked him about evolution he gave me the "only a theory"-thing. Nonetheless, very interesting to see both the differences and similarities between Christian and Muslim creationism. Prof. Hameed, or anyone else, is there a book you'd recommend on the subject?
